Bottleneck index
The roles holding projects up, ranked each quarter.
A quarterly index of the hardest data centre, power and AI infrastructure seats to fill, and why.
The first index is being compiled. Sign up to the Friday brief and it reaches you the day it is published.
How the index is built
- Signals: time to shortlist on my own searches, the share of approached people who would consider a move, counter-offer rates, and advertised roles left open beyond 60 days.
- Sample size: every row states n. Rows with fewer than 3 data points are not published.
- Cadence: quarterly, with the method unchanged between editions so the change column means something.
