How I got here

I started in sales, leading a five-person team, and moved into search in 2019.

Before this I worked at Clearwater, Focus Cloud, Green Search Global, Energy Search Collective and NES Fircroft, ending in energy and EPC search across the Middle East.

In May 2024 I founded Miller & Woodall and grew it past 20 people, training most of them myself. From 2025 I added AI infrastructure search.

Why this field

Data centres are construction and power before they are technology: the world I have searched in since 2021. One field means I know the people before the brief.

Why I run it on my own

In 2026 I narrowed the firm to what it does best. I run every search, and software I built handles the admin. You deal with one person who knows your seat.

What I believe

• A senior hire sets the next three years. It deserves a proper search.
• The best person for a Gulf role is often doing the same job elsewhere.
• Pay data without a sample size is an opinion.
• A profile sent without consent damages everyone.

The firm

Based in Dubai, licensed on the UAE mainland by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. Retained search only. Candidates never pay a fee.
